Position Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at Mainely Tubs, your primary responsibility is to bring leads into the showroom, deliver impactful presentations and close sales. You will leverage your product knowledge, exceptional lead follow-up and closing skills to convert potential customers into satisfied buyers. This is a high-impact role where your ability to follow through with leads, provide tailored recommendations and ultimately close deals will directly contribute to the company's success.
Job Requirements:
- Sales Experience - at least 5 years of proven success in a retail environment, with experience selling luxury or big-ticket items.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills - the ability to clearly present, explain and demonstrate product features in person and over the phone.
- Proven Lead Follow-Up and Closing Abilities - a track record of successfully following up on leads and effectively closing sales; delivering results with both inbound and outbound opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency - familiarity with CRM software, to track and manage leads and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Adaptability/Flexibility - ability to work in different locations and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
