Position will be responsible for directing sales goals and sales activity to meet growth objectives. Will promote all products, negotiate contracts, penetrate existing accounts, hire and manage sales reps and ensure they meet and exceed all sales goals. MUST be willing to relocate to the southwestern United States. Requires five to seven years sales management experience in the office furniture industry at the dealership level. Must have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing sales teams. MUST have three to five years leadership experience working within the office furniture dealership level.  Bachelors degree is required and Masters degree is preferred.
