Synthesize best-sales practices into a set of standards and communicate with partners and relationship managers. Continue the rollout of this initiative across all third party call centers and our internal sales and service call center. Vendor Manage a partner that listens to and scores calls based on agreed upon sales behaviors. Lead monthly calibration sessions with external sales partners. Develop insights; e.g., voice-of-the-customer insights, retention impacts and product guidance based on consumer feedback gleaned from the call sampling. Conduct quarterly reviews of program results. Develop a measurement program that quantifies the sales and retention impacts of this initiative. Attend conferences, review relevant publications and attends seminars in related disciplines to maintain awareness of changes and trends in sales and marketing activities related to optimizing direct / phone sales. Ensure compliance monitoring is in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with Company and regulatory standards.
