Input all new leads, accounts and bookings·     Manage various ongoing projects as assigned·     Other general office and administrative duties as assigned Personal Characteristics ·    Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business ·      Advanced computer skills in particular Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint is a must.  CRM software is a PLUS·    Experience working across multiple cultures and nationalities ·    Self starter, detail oriented and well organized.  Discipline to work independently with little directionUnquestionable personal and professional integrity Proven time management and a sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments are required·     Multiple languages preferred
