Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing  Reports to: Chief Executive Officer  About the Company Divisions Inc. Maintenance Group, one of the fastest growing maintenance companies in the United States, is looking for a talented, energetic professional for an exciting opportunity in its' Sales and Marketing Department.  Position Summary: Responsible for the direction and management of all sales deriving from the Corporate Sales Team as well as the District/Regional Sales Team. Responsible for business development operations, including market competitiveness and pricing strategies. The SVP of Sales will drive the company’s achievement of gaining new customers and accomplishing the sales goals of the company. This position offers an executive pay level.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities: •         Oversee the Corporate Sales and District Sales Teams •         Maintain Key Customer relationships •         Implement Strategies for expansion of customer base •         Recognize and implement opportunities to open new District Offices •         Manage overall Company sales processes and goals •         Establish and Achieve company sales budgets and goals •         Establish and maintain budget expenses for all sales teams •         Attend high level corporate customers meetings •         Oversee Public Relations and marketing arms of sales team •         Other duties as assigned by CEO  KSA’s: •         Outstanding relationship based selling abilities with new and current  national customers •         Proven track record in new sales development •         Strong personal values and commitment to ethical business practices •         Ability to properly motivate / lead a team towards the success of the organization •         Strong leadership skills with a proven record of team building, motivating and coaching individuals •         Bachelor’s degree with professional certification preferred.
