We are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Executive for our training and education company, National Technology Transfer. On the sales side, the person will supervise a growing telesales and lead generation operation of currently10 individuals operating from our headquarters in Centennial, CO. The marketing management function is comprised primarily of partnership and lead generation programs, working closely with the company’s strategic marketing management personnel. We expect that the successful candidate will have come from a similar position in a small to medium sized company with an enterprise customer base. We are looking for a candidate with proven success in the following areas: 1. Telesales and outbound lead generation management—a core requirement. 2. Direct mail and Web site lead generation and sales—the executive must be able to define and manage an integrated sales process combining telesales with direct mail marketing, and working with those responsible for web marketing. 3. Partner channel development and management—the executive must manage the developing and execution of lead referral programs with OEMs on whose equipment we teach and a joint venture with a consulting organization that performs electrical safety studies which go hand in hand with our safety training courses. 4. New product distribution—we will be implementing on-line and hybrid training products the executive must be able to implement distribution channels for. 5. Accredited trade college program development—the executive must contribute to the development of distribution channels for this new program. 6. CRM management—the executive must know how to work with and evolve the company’s CRM, SalesLogix. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing management experience. They will have been involved in the sale of service offerings, and a strong plus is having been involved in the Industrial/facility/safety/maintenance field where effective communications with safety managers and workers was required. Experience selling ILT or CBT training products or services is a strong plus. They will have at least one college degree. Travel up to 40% may be required for this position, which may include international destinations, as development of an international business may be part of our medium term business plan.
