1Choice Solutions is searching for the right executive to fill the position of Vice President of Sales for the United States and Canada. The VP of Sales will be responsible and accountable for all sales activities nationwide including customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with our company vision and values. This is a high level position and you will be dealing with prime contract and procurement officials both commercial and government, nationally and internationally, You need to be in the position to cover yourself for at least 90 days for we have as little as a 30 -60 day sales cycle. We are only considering full time employees so private contractor status, 1099 and part time will not be considered. Responsibilities: ? Develop reseller network for both of our primary products ? Perform sales presentations and demo software via WebEx, PowerPoint or other presentation vehicles. ? Manage database of existing leads and sales inquiries ?Manage, train and support existing sales force and continue to add additional sales executives nationwide and in accordance with company marketing standards. ? Demonstrate ability to gather, submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions to targeted prospects and leads. ? Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within an assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook and CRM. ? Develop complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. ? Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. ? Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Experience required: ? Ten years or more of sales management within the software industry. ? Experience dealing with companies who are doing business with the federal government. ? The executive must be able to show past performance in building sales forces that exceed revenue targets through management of remote home office sales force. ? Have familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft products. Compensation will include commissions paid on services sold including software, hardware and consulting services. Employee stock options after 1 year.
