Do you have the people skills and drive to conduct inbound telesales of wireless products and services?
Our Inside Sales Reps develop revenue by managing incoming calls, adding subscribers and selling value added features. Working, with your team, in a fast-paced environment, we expect you to sell to the customer’s needs, focusing on rate plan options, features and accessories. No cold calling, all sales are generated through direct marketing mailers, media, etc.
Positions are full-time and candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, pass a background check and drug screen. We provide a thorough training program covering our products, computer systems, and consultative selling techniques. The computer makes the calls, pops up the script. They make new lead calls & reminder calls once the appointment is set. They send out information & confirmation packets for their appointment times. When the people come in for their appointment they are required to greet & meet them and take them to their salesperson. It is a structured environment, the system is in place, it just needs to be followed. The candidate must like to talk to people & relate well to people, must be able to handle rejection.
