We are a professional organization and sell our products and services to HR and other top executives. We are looking for high-powered sales - telephone lead generation candidates. We select the best and the brightest people to join our high-powered team. Inside Telephone Salesperson will cold call Fortune 1000 companies to generate leads. This position includes aggressive prospecting, cold calling, working with sales executives to develop and close new business. Control your own growth by working hard, smart and taking ownership of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Effectively uses the Internet and other resources to prospect for new leads and to understand prospect’s industry and business
+ Highly skilled at using referral prospecting
+ Build pipeline of potential future business
+ Manages plan of ongoing contact with prospects and meets goals for outbound calls as assigned
+ Makes prescribed number of outbound calls to generate qualified leads
+ Contact prospects and customers by telephone and e-mail to filter, qualify and turnover
+ Experience in telephone based lead generation
+ Experience working with a professional sales team with real responsibility
+ Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools – SalesForce.com
