Job Title: Appointment Setter/Telemarketer Company: Location: Morgantown, WV Description: Under the general direction of the telecenter supervisor, the telecenter representative makes outbound calls to obtain appointments for Sears Home Improvement Products sales consultants. The incumbent must be goal-oriented and strive to set quality leads, meet productivity goals and uphold strong customer service practices. The telemarketing representative is the first contact with potential Sears customers and must maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism with customers and co-workers. The incumbent maintains direct responsibilty for: 1. Asking appropriate questions (script provided) to determine customer needs and interest in scheduling an appointment. 2. Responding appropriately (rebuttal) to soft objections or concerns from customers. 3. Updating lead and tracking forms and refreshing list/address/phone numbers during telephone calls. 4. Updating customer information. 5. Maintaining productivity averages without compromising quality/confirmation requirements. 6. Based on skill and ability, the telemarketing representative may be asked to assist in training new team members. 7. Performing other duties as assigned. 8. Treating fellow associates (at all levels) and facilities with respect.
