If you don't have the required licenses then operate as a performance rewarded employee on our payroll. Sales sparkle a must. Web site ability a plus but not essential. Direct knowledge of Kauai a real requirement although most of this work could be done from your home computer. Spreadsheet comfort and basic bookkeeping skills required.
