Review competitive market analysis information on a monthly basis and share with the appropriate management team members as needed. Maintain the specified percentage of spec homes under construction vs. presales. Assist with organizing and executing all special promotions to generate sales. Ensure the sales staff is meeting with realtors on a regular basis per the established community marketing program. IV. General Duties. Assist the VP, Sales & Marketing / Sales & Marketing Manager with establishing annual sales and closing projections for all communities in addition to a detailed plan regarding how each objective will be achieved. Tour each community on a weekly basis to monitor the neatness and appearance of models, spec homes, signage and landscaping, and coordinate with the appropriate team members to ensure repairs and maintenance are properly handled. Assist homebuilding in maintaining high levels of cooperation and teamwork between sales and homebuilding team members. Analyze customer satisfaction survey results and develop ways to improve the sales process. Maintain a current broker?s or sales license as needed. Assist with all other duties and projects as directed by management.
