Perform activities such as preparing group proposals, renewal exhibits and welcome letters, gather Schedule A information and handle broker search/authorization letters 6. Coordinate and support Account Managers to arrange for and if needed attend or conduct employee meetings, benefit fairs, etc. 7. Coordinate research and resolution for group level service issues. Provide support to others within the team on more complex service issues; providing resolution and root cause analysis. 8. Maintain SMART database to ensure timely and accurate reporting. 9. Work collaboratively to back up Account Coordinators and Sales Associates in their support of groups and brokers as dictated by business need. 10.
