A Bachelor’s degree is required with 5-7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in packaging, working with large, national accounts. General business knowledge, great communication skills and excellent strategic planning abilities are ideal. Strong work ethic and commitment to grow our business profitably as well as lead a team is required. Must be able to master a sales plan and bring it forward. PET and general plastics technical knowledge preferred with good people and business judgment – value based. Understanding of financial modeling, cost accounting and networking is also appreciated.
