Other duties may be assigned. Understand Thermo-Tech product features, benefits, capabilities and operation, performance specifications and manufacturing process. Know, understand and use professional selling skills to sell Thermo-Tech benefits, features, product lines and services within assigned sales territory. Develop and maintain working knowledge of competitor’s products and services to facilitate selling Thermo-Tech products and services and provide competitor and customer intelligence to Marketing.Understand building codes relevant to the installation and use of Thermo-Tech products for residential and commercial applications and keeps abreast of new installation procedures. Develops and maintains specific installation instructions for all Thermo-Tech window types, for new construction and the custom window replacement market including all window installation scenarios’s – masonry, wood, stucco, etc. Manage all aspects of Thermo-Tech’s relationship with assigned accounts, including product knowledge training sessions, account growth strategies and customer need identification and resolution. Develop and maintain timely and complete account profiles, including contact names, call reports, strategic objectives, growth potential, Thermo-Tech market share and sales projections. Develop and maintain territory plans for sales territory, including account classifications, target accounts and territory growth plans. Visit assigned accounts on a regular basis, in accordance with territory sales plans and account profiles.  Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintains and updates internal code reference manual related to our industry and to our specific sales territory.  Trains and advises internally and externally to help insure code compliance with Thermo-Tech Windows products and installation procedures. Participate in trade shows, contractor nights and other company or customer events. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates a positive “team” orientation when dealing with customers and fellow employees. Actively supports company goals and strategies.  Achieve annual sales goals. Manage and/or participate in special projects as needed. 16.  Performs this job with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. Some overnight travel, evening and weekend activity required.
