The primary function of this role is to achieve Able Planet Marketing and Sales business objectives. The Regional Sales Lead will function to establish positive customer relationships and to insure profitable market share of the Able Planet products including the expansion of the overall business. Product training and industry overview will be provided but the ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and limited retail experience.

In addition, this team member will be expected to:

  1. Identify and build a new account acquisition plan. Additional new business.
  2. Manage and grow the direct business segment including online sales and regional business opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement effective regional business plan that supports the global and objectives.
  4. Effectively manage the market introduction of new products
  5. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
  6. Manage territory operating budget as established by your manager.
  7. Meet/exceed all annual customer contact goals and new account set up.
  8. Responsible for writing bi-weekly customer contact reports.
  9. Develop and roll out product training programs for both direct and indirect customers. This should include a comprehensive plan that varies by company size, scope and distribution strategy.
