Job Title: Catering Sales Coordinator Company: Panera Bread - Howley Bread Gr Location: Wakefield, RI Description: Do you know that Panera caters?  We do…and we’re looking for sales / marketing individuals to help us “deliver” that order.  If you are entrepreneurial and business minded, sales and marketing oriented, and motivated by great food and customer service we may have an opportunity for you.  We have a Via Panera Coordinator (VPC) opening in our bakery-cafes in Wakefield, RI.  The VPC is responsible for taking, processing, and delivering Via Panera orders, increasing sales by marketing Via Panera to potential clients, and communicating with cafe management daily to anticipate product needs.  A typical VPC schedule is Monday through Friday, 30 to 35 hours weekly, mornings into afternoons, but some flexibility is required when unique catering opportunities arise.  Starting wage is $9.25 per hour minimum, based upon experience.  VPCs receive monthly bonus, delivery fees, and have the potential to earn tips.  You are required to have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and state required auto insurance coverage.  We offer medical and dental plans, paid vacation, and a 401(k) with a company match.

Job Title: Visitor Experience and Museum Sales Coordinator Company: Location: Bristol, RI Description: Visitor Experience and Museum Sales Coordinator The Herreshoff Marine Museum / America?s Cup Hall of Fame in Bristol, RI is seeking an individual to oversee our Museum store and admissions functions on a seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for: ? monitoring the overall quality of the visitor experience in collaboration with program staff ? all aspects of the store operation (inventory maintenance and development, monitoring sales and promotions, POP displays and organization) including web-based sales ? promotion and sales of museum merchandise ? meeting objectives for sales and revenues ? acquisition of new merchandise (subject to approval) ? recruitment, coordination and scheduling of volunteers in collaboration with program coordinators. ? welcoming visitors and providing an orientation and other information to visitors This position is full-time/seasonal starting April 14th through October 17th with a work week of Tuesday through Sunday. The position requires experience and proven success in retail operations, preferably in the nonprofit/cultural sector; entrepreneurial orientation and excellent financial management skills; knowledge of effective display and promotional techniques; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with QB Point of Sale and DonorPerfect and a familiarity with Bristol and the surrounding communities is preferred.
