Provides support for analysis of loan applications for new or renewed loans and loan servicing. The incumbent may approve or deny loans within delegated authority, and/or supports the analysis and loan structuring efforts of more experienced team members. The incumbent may process smaller loans through the automated loan origination system. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a bachelors degree in agricultural economics, ag business or equivalent ag or business related degree. Experience in agribusiness/farming industry, agricultural credit or closely related field preferred. Ability to make sound judgments is required. Solid organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical, negotiating, and influencing skills are required. The incumbent must have knowledge of farm production methods and products, a general understanding of farm business management, and finance.  The incumbent must demonstrate effective team building and processing skills.
