Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Sales
Company:
Location: Columbus, OH

Description:
Russo Sports Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to establish the west side of the Columbus Market (Dublin, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, etc). He / she will work closely with the owner, Adam A. Russo, to help small businesses with their marketing / advertising needs. We offer a one of a kind marketing vehicle that generates tremendous amounts of new leads for our small businesses clients. Our product was developed in 2005 - it's a niche marketing vehicle that we ship once a year into the market(s) via the USPS directly to the consumer's mailbox. With the POWER and SUCCESS of our program in the Pittsburgh, PA market (with the Pittsburgh Steelers as our theme) we are launching the Columbus market for the 2010 season. The theme of the product (OSU Buckeyes) gets our clients in front of the consumer on a 24/7 basis. Very profitable with residual income year after year. We provide clients with total exclusivity within their industry which allows them to DOMINATE their competition! Each client also has 1st right of refusal for their presence year after year with the program. The client retention rate is over 92% with this advertising medium. . If you have what it takes, please submit resume for consideration. Prior Sales, Advertising, and / or Marketing experience necessary. Five years minimum experience, 7+ years preferred. We our looking for ONE true leader to work exclusively with the owner of the company to completely SELL OUT Columbus this year! Promote a truly unique product, and profit! ________________ Note from the owner: Attention all Craigslisters! Thanks for taking a moment to view this post. I am truly excited to be launching the Columbus market this year, and with the popularity of the OSU Buckeyes I have no doubt that 2010 will be a HUGE success. I just heard this morning that Jim Tressel's contract as head coach has been extended another 2 YEARS, so I'm confident our Buckeyes will continue to destroy any and all competition in the coming years! A few notes about this position. First, this is Sales position. I had my staff post it in BOTH Marketing and Sales because the product is a Marketing vehicle, but the position itself requires you to be meeting with business owners and selling them on our product. The power of what we offer, and the amount of new business we generate as a result makes selling ... not easy ... but not incredibly difficult. Those of you who have experience in Ad Sales, specifically Yellow pages, magazines, dollar mags, membership programs, etc will not find this difficult. But, like anything else, what you get out is equal to what you put in. Simply put ... this is a position for Hustlers! Second, I encourage everyone to apply! So ladies dont be shy. For whatever reason, women selling OSU branded advertising = exceptionally high closing rates. Dont ask me why. I dont fully understand it myself, but for whatever reason business owners love aggressive sales women promoting the Buckeyes. Having said that ... come on fellas dont let the girls have all the fun. I will gladly interview any and all EXPERIENCED sales people. Finally, this position is for those of you who are truly ambitious. I meet with close to 15 different small business owners a day. That's every, single, day. If your not comfortable walking into a business asking for a sit down with the owner - this isnt for you. The nice part is our sales presentation takes 6 mins and our product speaks for itself, so getting the sit down tends to be the hard part. Im looking for AGGRESSIVE, CONFIDENT, SKILLED, AMBITIOUS sales people. If you consider yourself 3 out of the 4 characteristics I just listed. Dont apply. You need all 4! Thanks for taking a look ... send me those resumes. Our product goes to production JULY 1st. That means we need to sell out Columbus in 100 days. If you have what it takes, show me! Sincerely, Adam A. Russo Owner Russo Sports Marketing Group, LLC "Advertising that Sticks" __________________
