The Catering Coordinator (CC) will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving catering sales in his/her home store. He/She will also work closely with the Catering Division Manager on store-specific and market-wide catering sales building plans. The Catering Coordinator position is a fun, exciting growth and development opportunity. The Catering Coordinator will be required to be a regular team member and help with all duties inside the 4 walls of the store in addition to the Catering Coordinator functions. Specific Responsibilities Include: 1. Catering Sales - The CC will be held accountable for building his/her store?s catering sales. Success will be measured by how well the catering sales goals are met. 2. Prep & Delivery of Orders ? The CC will be the point person for his/her store for all catering orders. The CC will be responsible for all catering orders from start to finish including the delivery of the order. 3. Local Store Marketing (LSM)- The CC will be responsible for Local Store Marketing every week in his/her home store?s trade area. The plan is to spend one hour a week, hitting at least 15 new business in the trade area. 4. Catering Call Backs- The CC will be responsible for following up with catering contacts as well as sending thank you cards on a weekly basis. 5. Fishbowl- The CC will be responsible for pulling one fishbowl winner, with the direction of the store management team, each week. The CC will contact the winner and set up their lunch. 6. Catering Display- The CC will maintain the in-store catering display, ensuring that the display is current, stocked, and on target with MAD Greens branding. 7. Sales Building Tracking- The CC will be responsible for tracking the store?s catering, LSM, and fishbowl successes and communicating this information to the store team and the Catering Division Manager. 8. New Store Openings- CCs from all stores will work together to create a LSM team to help market new store openings. 9. Opportunity Store Marketing- CCs market wide will work together to help drive sales in opportunity stores through a targeted LSM plan of action as needed. 10. Community Events- CCs will form an event team for all community events. They will be the face of MAD Greens and will help with all aspects of the event, from start to finish.
