A National Estimator is required to dispatch at a moment’s notice to any singular or community wide disaster. With an ability to travel and self manage, in an unsupervised environment. MUST HAVE RESTORATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE! JOB SPECIFICATIONS/DUTIES: 1. Be available 24/7 365 days and mobilize immediately to a potential loss, anywhere in North America or the world. 2. Identify potential losses, get to the decision makers, with and without the help from the Chase team, secure an appointment to walk the loss, provide suggested scope of work, estimate price, provide proposal, and sign the job. 3. Upon signed work authorization, prepare initial equipment, materials and supplies manifest, coordinate and mobilize the project management and work crews. 4. Produce and provide job cost projections for operations and management. 5. Maintain all customer relations, which may include insurance company, broker, loss adjuster, claims consultants etc. 6. Manage and be responsible for the overall successful completion of the job. 7. Responsible for collecting up front money and contracted payment schedules. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Market industry professionals to include Loss adjusters, Insurance claims personnel, Brokers, Building owners and managers, Risk managers etc. 2. Train and assist other employee as requested and assigned 3. Attend Industry conferences 4. Maintain confidentiality of all company information. 5.
