Job Title: WANTED: Estimator/Sales Person $50,000 to $75,000 Annually! Company: Location: Chicago, IL Description: Do you have sales skills and the ability to communicate with both consumers/homeowners and business people? Are you self-motivated, ambitious, honest and dependable? Do you enjoy being out and about meeting new people every day? This is a position where you can realistically earn $50,000 to $75,000 and still have some time off in the winter! We are a family owned business in the North/Northwest suburbs looking to add to our Team. As a member of our Team, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, estimating jobs, tracking the sales process, following up and closing the sale. Tons of great leads are provided, but you will be responsible for generating your own leads as well. We will train the right individual to properly estimate jobs ? but you need to supply the ambition and drive to be successful. Experience in Home Services/Home Improvement is helpful but not required. In addition to all the above, you must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator, be able to write/draw legibly, have your own reliable transportation and a good driving record, have basic/good computer skills, have the stamina to work extended hours during the ?busy season?, and have the desire to be part of a Team all working toward the same goal (and making money and having fun while doing it!). And, by the way, a great ATTITUDE is required!
