Apply online or send resumes to Register to View No calls please.* Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or equivalent related experience. * 7-10+ years of current/ recent sales experience. * 2+ years of experience managing sales groups. * 3+ years of experience in similar product sales. * Proven track record of meeting & exceeding personal sales goals & quotas. * Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet & exceed their sales goals & quotas. * Experience managing teams of 5+ sales professionals. * Experience coaching, mentoring, and growing a sales team. * Proven presentation & demonstration skills using web-based meeting applications like WebEx, Go-To-Meeting, etc. * Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with databases. * Must have excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills. * Must travel to visit customers as well as conduct sales and training meetings as required.
