Sell long term, high volume, gift card fulfillment services contracts. Clearly and concisely present information to retailers via the phone, in-person, and at industry trade shows. Aggressively prospect and drive RFP responses to retailers who can benefit from gift card fulfillment services. Consult with retailers on their gift card sales and marketing needs. Creatively design gift card fulfillment services solutions GiftCertificates.com services to meet needs. Understand the competitive landscape and successfully sell against our gift card fulfillment services competitors. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5 – 7 years of professional sales experience with retailers with an on-line presence. Experience in outside sales preferred and a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in large account management. 2+ years experience working in the gift card industry preferred. Strong working knowledge and understanding of retail industry.  Forecasting and pipeline management experience with the proven ability in meeting and/or exceeding a sales quota. Excellent telephone, written and oral communication skills including face-to-face presentation skills. Ability to document and communicate program details effectively. Strong relationship building skills and excellent listening, questioning and negotiating skills. Experience working with highly confidential information. Thorough understanding of web-based solutions and experience working with a contact management system. Self-motivator comfortable working autonomously; strong time management skills. Team player with strong work ethic and the willingness and ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.
