Effectively utilizes available sales tools to demonstrate product and service benefits to prospects, overcoming objections to close the sale. Quotes prices based on corporate pricing guidelines while optimizing gross margin returns. Prepares sales documentation for orders obtained. Obtains customers final agreement to purchase through completed purchase orders, signed product/service contracts and agreements with Vital Diagnostics. Communicate with the corporate office to finalize sales arrangements ensuring customers needs are met in a timely manner. Includes obtaining necessary client information needed to establish account, e.g. credit application. Provide feedback to management with respect to competitive activity in the territory, customer feedback on product / service mix, new products and services offered by other companies related to our trade, distributor activities and other information that are likely to impact Vital Diagnostics’s business. Travels within assigned territory to call on prospective customers.
