Software Sales Accounts Director

As the Software Sales Accounts Director, you will be responsible for expanding market share, as well as expanding the marketplace for our outstanding product line using a consultative approach to selling statistical analysis software products for quality control, R&D, financial and demand forecasting, predictive analysis, business management including Six Sigma and numerous other research, service and industrial purposes. Target clients include companies in virtually every segment of industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of the capabilities of the product and thus be equipped to promote the benefits our products can bring to businesses by creating business opportunities with both new and existing customers across all business sectors, small and large, national and international.

You will institute structure and organization in the sales protocol, developing and employing best sales practices and improve internal processes and procedures. Working with Executive Team in developing a strategic sales and marketing plan to generate new business, help identify market opportunity for the organization, continue to build strategic client relationships for the organization and pursue additional up sell opportunities with existing clients and clients of competitors. Collaborate with senior management to ensure the client experience is consistent to our core business values and provide regular feedback to product teams to help shape the development of new products and services.

The successful candidate must possess polished highly professional and genial demeanor, be highly organized, conscientious and diligent, as well as be a highly motivated achiever, someone who takes initiative and who thinks creatively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time initially, with increased travel up to 25% of the time or more as your career progresses
• Experience specific to network hardware/software management products and services a plus
• Strong track record of new business development, as well as enhancing sales to existing customers and success in B2B selling to both small and large cap enterprises
• Bachelor’s of Science degree or other scientific or technical undergraduate degree
• Sales / Technical Sales experience, preferably in the statistical or mathematical software industry
