VP Sales Operations- Key Contributor -

Location: San Francisco, CA

Description:
Fast growing, profitable, dynamic internet startup seeks a top-level executive contribution in developing and refining our sales and service operations. We have a singular dedication to exceptional customer service and sales and we have 1,000s of customer touches a day (calls, emails, web). You will have oversight of our professional sales team (6 people) and call center operations (8 people). You will be responsible for: ? Developing and refining sale and operations procedures ? Hiring and recruiting the right talent ? Training ? Motivating (comp plans etc) This is a key role in our firm and you will have a commensurate participation in the success of the firm. For the right person this could be a great home. Desirable experience: ? +6 years in a sales / operations management role ? Experience with a ?professional sale.? Comparable environments would be stock brokerage, mortgage origination, etc. ? Experience managing or outsourcing call centers ? Both a motivational and detail oriented personality.
