Hotel Director of Sales Company: The Hamister Group, Inc. Location: Cranberry Township, PA Description: Take the next step in your hotel sales career. The Hamister Hospitality Group, LLC, is seeking to add a hotel Director of Sales to our growing Pittsburgh-regional sales team. This position is a perfect advancement opportunity for a current hotel Director of Sales who is looking to further develop their sales management talents in a corporation with a strong Pittsburgh regional hotel presence. Reporting to the General Manager of our Holiday Inn Express in Cranberry Township, with accountability to our Pittsburgh-based Regional Director of Sales, specific duties will include: * Manage the outside sales activities for the Holiday Inn Express * Development and implementation of corporate sales and marketing strategies * Review of weekly, monthly and quarterly STaR reports * Support month-over-month RevPAR index improvement * Evaluate hotel performance and update monthly sales action plans to capitalize on new business opportunities In addition to the Holiday Inn Express, we operate four additional Pittsburgh-metro area hotels, including three Hampton Inns by Hilton and a Residence Inn by Marriott, so development opportunities are unlimited.
