Description: Responsibilities:
? Prepare bids and quotations for prototype and production products. Enter and track orders for both domestic and oversees sales. Maintain VMI programs and update online systems for various contract manufacturers.
? Support sales and marketing activities by maintaining regular contact with representatives, manufacturing personnel and customers.
? Monitor past due orders and communicate proactively with production staff. Keep customers informed with any updates and recommit delivery dates.
? Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports to track sales trends by customer, product line and specific part numbers. Report any forecast anomalies to Sales Director and VP of Sales.
? Collect, analyze and report customer feedback on products and services. Coordinate all RMA and corrective action requests with quality manager to insure proper and timely response to the customer.
? Measure and ensure customer satisfaction by constant communication. Alert management team with any escalated issues or complaints that require immediate action.
? Initiate calls to customers regarding order status. Provide tracking numbers and shipping documents as needed for oversees shipments.
? Track and report any negative pricing feedback to management for review. Communicate revised quotation when applicable to the customer and close to initiate order placement.
Required skills:
? Strong Customer Service and communication skills.
? Pleasant demeanor and ability to establish a working relationship with customers.
? Knowledge of basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
? Ability to multitask in a heavy email and phone volume environment.
