Westword Newspaper is looking for an Executive Coordinator:
This is a high level administrative assistant position - work directly for the Management team and for a sales department of approximately 15 Account Executives. Requiremements include, but are not limited to: Extreme proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and overall internet knowledge. Must possess the ability to build / customize / re-create / maintain spreadsheets and proposals. Manage client accounts, track contests, multi-task and work with a variety of business personalities.
