We are currently seeking a Telesales Representative to prospect, solicit and close telemarketing repair service orders with PSI's accounts. As a part of the sales team, RSI Sales Representatives must represent themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times, while maximizing territorial sales opportunities. The minimum level of expectation for this position is 100% of quota achievement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve 100% of sales quota
Prospecting and follow-up calls should be steady and consistent each day.
Manage outstanding work orders daily.
Follow up and close orders daily
Target repairs that match up with our capabilities.
Calls need to be scheduled and logged into Salesforce.com on a daily basis.
Focus on profitable sales with a minimum quoted 30% gross margin.
3-5 years experience using CRM software.
3-5 years experience using Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Skills:
Highly proficient using Salesforce.com CRM software
3-5 years of successful Telesales experience
